IndyArts

Despite being a hub of collaboration for artists and the Indianapolis community, The Arts Council of Indianapolis failed to have a consistent identity. The visuals and language contradicted each other, creating a confusing message for audiences. Even the name was a tongue twister — making way for the new, IndyArts brand.

We began by creating various concepts that would help to unite the various audiences. Once the client repositioned the brief, RedTag quickly adapted to refresh the existing logo. Every decision regarding the new logo was created with intentionality in order to build cohesion within the brand.

The new IndyArts brand is unified and consistent. All the messaging and visuals are now working together to build the heart of the arts community in Indy.

The branding expanded into a holiday Content Hub site where visitors can view upcoming holiday events.
